An abrasion-resistant,
work-hardening, proprietary chemistry alloy plate intended for use where
both high hardness and toughness are desired. Field tested under the most
severe conditions, Mangabraze is a proven leader in resistance to wear
failure due to its rich Nickel/Manganese chemistry. Significantly reduces
costs by providing an extended service life. 360-425 BHN
- Can replace: alloy tool steel grades 4140, 4340, 0-1, D-2; alloy
wear plates
- Sizes: 3/16 to 4” thick, up to 8 x 24’

A 280-340 BHN version of
Mangabraze, E-Z Braze is easy to weld and easy to form. Designed for
applications where ease of fabrication and resistance to shock are
required.
- Can replace: alloy tool steel grades 4140, 4340, 0-1, D-2; alloy

- Sizes: 3/16 to 6” thick, up to 8 x 24’
